  • This makes a lot of sense, especially right now - I find myself succumbing to distractions as ever more divergent goals continue to present themselves. I will meditate on your advice;)

    • Thanks Bryan! Yeah, although it's good to have divergent goals - you also need to make sure it's not too many of them. The aim is to keep moving *slowly and gradually* towards a better you instead of trying to make big leaps. Pick the goals that you can keep doing gradually and often, long term - they will bring the best results, long term. Good luck!
